 Often times we want to have the answer or want something resolved easily and that's not always the case. Throughout my journey of grieving and wanting to know what healthy healing is I have ran into different road blocks. When I think I'm doing so well I run into a trigger and there I am a mess, crying uncontrollably, can't focus let alone work or function properly.  Heeeyyyyyyyy there :) its been a while since we last spoke. Yes I am speaking as if I'm talking directly to you because my goal is to create this bond where we both can be vulnerable and honest. I have officially taken a social media break and starting my detox from a few things. I am very excited and will make sure to keep you updated with my progress.  The reason i named this blog breaking generational curses is due to the determination i have towards the topic. When i speak on breaking generational curses honestly there are many ways i plan to do so. I will list a few but be sure to stay tuned for upcoming podcasts, etc. One of the subjects is conflict resolution, becoming the change you want to see, and teaching our children things we were not taught regarding credit, financial literacy and other important things.  I am almost 100% positive that the title pulled more than half of you here and i understand why lol. Why not get started....So first and foremost I named this blog "Sex Angel" because I know I am an angel but for me and I'm sure many others we battle with different addictions. One of mine is SEX!!! I know this is random but as I sat and thought about life and where I'm headed or what I wanted to do and/or become I thought about the areas that I struggle with. This is important because when you are at a point where you can say it's a problem, it makes it somewhat easier to tackle/address. I can say I was brought up in a church but i recall not being there more than I was there. The important thing is between my grandmother and mother the seed was planted, and there is no turning back.
