Don't be discouraged

 Often times we want to have the answer or want something resolved easily and that's not always the case. Throughout my journey of grieving and wanting to know what healthy healing is I have ran into different road blocks. When I think I'm doing so well I run into a trigger and there I am a mess, crying uncontrollably, can't focus let alone work or function properly. I am excited to announce I am back seeking therapy and I won't stop until I am in a better space. Sending hugs to everyone, we got this ♥️ blessings 🙏🏾

Ask yourself……what fuels you?
